Starview's response to COVID-19

Our Team at STARVIEW are working even harder during this unprecedented period to ensure that our main products and services remain available to the business communities that we serve. We are doing our part to make sure Safety, Health and Well-Being of all are of paramount importance.
Below is a list of updates in supporting our employees, business partners & customers

For the Employees

All Starview staff are equipped with remote working facilities from home or anywhere else where there’s connectivity. Staff working in office practice social distancing measures. They are required to have their temperature taken twice daily before & after work and proper hand sanitisation upon reaching or leaving office. Those that are unwell are told to rest at home and refrain from all work activities for 5 days. All our staff have not gone overseas or to affected countries for the past 14 days or more

For Business Partners

As part of our business continuity plans, we at Starview continue to serve our partners and customers with our main products & services with upmost availability. We have a few production lines from different factories to ensure that our manufactured products e.g Fiber Transceivers (SFP, SFP+, QSFP etc) & Accessories are made available whenever possible with minimal disruption. Production volume will be slowed by the current situation and we do not encourage rushed shipments as higher freight cost will be incurred by air carriers and these charges may be transferred to you.

Goods Delivery (Local)
We are currently doing a waiver on local shipping charges for ordering amount below S$1,000 in support of our business communities.

We are currently limiting business meetings to smaller groups or over to the online conference platform we have in place. Partners/Customers can still engage us via web conference to discuss on potential opportunities or projects.

Demo & POC services are still in place locally, we can ship the required equipment to your premise for such activities and guide you online on the setup & usage.

All these measures are to make sure our employees, business partners & the communities will be able to support each other during this difficult period. We believe that with these collective efforts, we will be able to slowly mitigate our fear & anxiety within our business communities into HOPE.
